We believe the NSW Government has corruption within Subsidence Advisory NSW and potentially other government agencies.

This can be achieved by adhering to the government sector core values of Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Service.”. Code of Ethics and Conduct for NSW Government Sector Employees

NSW Government Corruption & Corrupt Conduct
In our situation;
- Is saying that the properties are not undermined, whilst knowing that the properties are indeed undermined, and then sending us to Legacy Mines where you know they have “low to nil” priority due to funding restrictions in order to waste our time, corruption?
- Is withholding geotechnical mining reports, mine workings maps, and other information from a Legacy Mines investigation in Mayfield East, that has resulted in wasting government resources and wrong findings in the analysis, corruption?
- Is cheating our claims process by not attending site visits to acknowledge the extent of subsidence damage (in case it sets precedents, allowing our neighbours with similar problems to make mine subsidence claims), corruption?
- Is withholding the release of the current georeferenced mine map (approved by the NSW Resource Regulator in July 2023, and released to us in August 2024), corruption?
- Is withholding mine data and misleading the valuer general’s office (that results in the VG’s office to wrongly assess and increase the property values, and land taxes), then have your Revenue NSW department harass us for unpaid land taxes on derelict properties, corruption?
- Is saying that you are unaware of mine water flooded properties in Ashtonfield (whilst owning the property), corruption?
- Is changing our words and information in your internal reports to match a narrative you want to achieve, corruption?
- Is omitting crucial information from updated/current georeferenced mine workings map, corruption?
- Is misleading NSW Government Ministers resulting in decisions being made that you know are false and will cause us significant losses, corruption?
- Is purposely not attending court hearing dates, withholding information during discover process, not attending conciliation meetings with your “experts”, not sticking to court timelines, and pleading facts they you know are false, corruption?
These are just a handful of examples.
If NSW Government corruption is affecting you, contact;
• Your local member of parliament
• Report your complaint to the Independent Commission Against Corruption
• Or confidentially share your information with us where we are planning a independent government inquiry in the workings of various NSW Government agencies.
Please do not accept the corruption, you are not alone. Even if you have affected by previous corruption, please help others in the community so that there is transparency and accountability within the NSW Government agencies.
